Associate Consultant (up to 3 years’ experience)

Consultant (3-5 years’ experience)

Senior Consultant (5-8 years’ experience)

Key responsibilities

-Building strong relationships with a wide range of clients
-Helping to develop digital strategy based on strong research and insight
-Working closely with our creative team to help to interpret briefs and produce eye-catching digital assets
-Deploying highly-targeted digital campaigns across a number of different platforms to drive real-world results
-Evaluating and optimising campaigns based on ongoing results and real-time insights
-Contributing to a strong company-wide culture of knowledge sharing and developing new ideas

Experience and other attributes

-Strong research, analysis and communication skills
-Highly organised with the ability to work calmly under pressure, delivering high quality work on time
-Ideally educated to degree level, and in a discipline related to the role
